Week 10

This lab kinda brought it home for me. In the Military we use contour lines to judge elevation and pick out land features on a map. The grouping and painting all the features is what took me the longest. I like it though how adobe allows you to fill in the gaps too when your attempting to paint the space you need to fill in.

Module 9 Deliverables

Here is my map. Module 9 in cartography was a pretty nice challenge yet I ran into a few problems. One of them is attempting to draw straight line or better looking line than what I have on there. I used the equation From Module 7's lab to proportion my lines where I ended up having similar flow lines in the end. Therefore is why I placed a colored legend in my map so my reader could understand what I was attempting to tell them.

Module 7

I'm Sorry but I love my map. Detailed, you can see everything, I used the correct transparency, everything I did with this map turned out good and It actually looks like a map. I used equal intervals as my data classification and I guess it turned out ok. I put Russia out there in the water to show you where it was at, and also I completely deleted the Germany Label to show that it was not apart of the data or a customer of the wine institute.
